⁴ The ugly and thin cows devoured the seven beautiful and fat cows. Then Pharaoh woke up.

⁵ He fell back asleep and had a second dream. There were seven heads of grain on one stalk, fat and healthy. ⁶ But seven empty heads, shriveled by the east wind, sprouted up after them.
